Flying Phoenix PCs – Service Drop-Off Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms carefully before submitting your PC for service. Every customer must have a signed form on file before any work can begin.

By signing below, I grant Flying Phoenix PCs permission to diagnose, repair, or perform any necessary actions on my system. I understand that while Flying Phoenix PCs will handle my PC with the utmost care, there are inherent risks associated with hardware and software repairs.

Liability & Service Acknowledgment

I release Flying Phoenix PCs from any liability for:

  • Data loss that may occur before, during, or after service. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to back up my data before drop-off.
  • Component failures that may arise during diagnostic testing or service, particularly in cases where hardware was already experiencing instability or failure.
  • Potential damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to, aging components, previous modifications, or excessive dust buildup.
  • Loss of profit or any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages occurring during or after the service.

I acknowledge that service timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the issue and availability of parts. If any replacement parts are required, I will be notified before they are ordered or installed.

Abandonment Policy

Flying Phoenix PCs will notify me when my service is complete. If my PC is not picked up or I fail to communicate with Flying Phoenix PCs for 30 days, it will be considered abandoned. At that point, Flying Phoenix PCs reserves the right to recycle, sell, or otherwise dispose of the system to recover service costs.
